Rural Rate of $15
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
International
We are currently unable to offer international delivery
Delivery
During a pre-sale period, shipping times will be outlined on the product page. You will be notified of any updates and any unavoidable delays will be communicated to the method of contact provided on your order.
During regular sale periods shipping times are 3-5 days from the day of dispatch.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns for products that have been used or opened.
If you would like to return an unopened product this will be shipped at your own expense. Please contact us at magme.nz@outlook.com so we can
arrange the return details.
In the event the product appears to be faulty, please contact
magme.nz@outlook.com with a photo of the product so we can arrange a replacement and/or return.
