Our legal trading name is MagMe

All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars.

We accept credit card payment via Shopify Payments and Afterpay

Payment must be received before orders are shipped.  You can read our full shipping and returns policy here.

If there is an inaccuracy with stock numbers or pricing, we will contact you via email as soon as possible and will happily refund you or put your payment towards another item. 

In the event the product appears to be faulty, please contact
us here with a photo of the product so we can arrange a replacement and/or return.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us here. Any cancellations received prior to shipping may incur a 10% handling fee.

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns for products that have been used or opened.

The MagMe wall decal is a semi-permanent product and therefore is not designed to be removed and reapplied. Please be aware that MagMe cannot be held liable for any damage that may arise during the application and removal of the wall decal.
