During regular sale periods dispatch times are 2-5 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are 1-5 days from date of dispatch, and a tracking number is provided.

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns for products that have been used or opened.

If you would like to return an unopened product this will be shipped at your own expense. Please contact us at megan@magme.co.nz so we can
arrange the return details.

In the event the product appears to be faulty, please contact megan@magme.co.nz with a photo of the product so we can arrange a replacement and/or return.
